It is a wood frame house. Should I paint it OR have siding installed? Which increased the value of the home or provides better curb appeal??
Thanks!

It really depends on who you think your targeted market is. When I looked for a house , I wanted as close to a maintenance free exterior as possible. My first preference was brick , if not .siding. I considered a painted exterior a negative. ( I am single)
So if you think your house is suited best for seniors ( like a single level ranch) or single owners , I would go with maintenance free exterior.
If you think it is geared toward more traditional or upscale buyers stay with the wood and paint. And yes color matters. check the new construction in your area for popular color trends.

Keep the wood siding. Covering wood siding is like carpeting hard wood floors, ugh.

wood frame is always more expensive then regular plastic siding you should stick with wood and paint it if you want it painted. and i think wood looks nicer anyways

I HATE vinyl siding in most instances. If you have good wood siding do paint the house. Unless you have horrible siding in almost all cases the wood siding is much more attractive.
