		<description>Ask the bank or Lender have another appraisal done. It would be at your expense, but it may be worth the investment. The thing is they may tell you to jump off because the bank is trying to keep the values down so they are not the ones left holding the bag in the event you or others go into foreclosure and they must buy it back the less they have out the less they will have to eat if that should ever come to pass</description>
