I am planning to make a purchase of a nice 52′ flat panel tv for around $2500 to be installed on the wall of my home to complete my media room. I am also considering new granite counter tops for my kitchen and bathroom for the same price.
Will either increase the value and salability of my home later on? Which one would be a better choice if I had to chose one for salability?

The granite counter tops will definitely increase the value of your home way more than a tv would. Especially during these booming technology times, where your nice flat panel tv might be old news withing a few years.

$2500 for granite counters is a steal and will increase the value more, because the tv may not be in the position that the new buryer wants and they may have their own tv already. happy selling

go with the granite…it will be likeable longer than a lot of TV’s…who knows you might decide to take the TV with you haha…anyway..yeah the granite would def. help more than the TV…have fun&good luck if you decide to try and sell.
